Today was the final event of Apple Summer Camp at the Apple Store at Touchwood in Solihull.

I took this tree photograph from the window of Starbucks as we had a celebratory latte!

I popped into school today to drop off some things, and with the intention of distributing posters for classroom walls. I dropped off my things, but couldn't access the posters as they're locked away and noone was around with a key to the office :O(

Anyway, I took a picture of the beautiful low hanging branches of this tree. the kids love walking up the path and under the branches and, being short, I can just about get under without too much ducking. Good game!

Today's tree is outside Wyndley Leisure Centre and was taken prior to my run.

I like the way the tree leans across the water.

Today's tree is in my garden, and comes complete with a child reading!

Isaac was filming for his Apple Summer Camp project and decided to indulge in some extreme reading. And why not?

A beautiful little tree at The Heart of the Country craft centre in Weeford.

We went to The Pear Tree Creperie for lunch and then had a good mooch admiring the new landscaping in the courtyard.

This beautiful tree is next door - haven't been able to see it up until John chopped down the hazel trees.

Good to see it! I particularly like the bark.

Today was Isaac's last day at Primary school.

And here's his final picture, taken outside the school in front of one of our favourite trees.

Today's trees are etched on the windows at Fairlawns where we had our end of term meal.

A great evening full of laughter and fun.

See all you WCPS peeps in September!

A lovely purple-red tree today, captured on the way to school.

A beautiful colour and quite cheery.

My 200th tree!

I took this today as I was warming up for a run with SE Fitness. Today we ran 5.5 miles at about 10 minute mile pace. I was pleased with that although I was not pleased with having to run up 'Aeroplane Hill' right near the end of the run!

And I'm pleased with this photograph - it captures the shafts of light despite being taken on my iPhone!

Today's tree was taken in Sutton Park.

But there's something missing! When i was a child, there was always an icecream van under that tree.

Where is it??

This tree has fascinated me since we moved to this area. It seems to erupt from the pavement and has an amazing base. I'm always surprised it doesn't fall over!

My husband is coming home today from Buenos Aires where he's been on business for the last ten days.

Here's one of his snaps, taken for the benefit of our son who was doing a topic on Argentina.

Liked the shape of this tree - reminded me of a shaggy dog!

Final Barcelona tree in the retrospective is from an unforgettable night in Vilafranca with the Castellers.

Look how high those trees are - then look at the height of the tower. And that's only a short one - 5 high. They've done 9 people high towers!

Phenomenal!

These two trees are about 5 feet from yesterday's tree!

I chose this picture as it combines water and trees - doubly restful in my books.

And I could do with some calm!

Barcelona tree 3 is taken in the city centre in a hidden courtyard - an oasis of calm!

Loved the blossom on the tree :O)

Day two of my 'Barcelona Tree Retrospective'!

These trees caught my eye due to the beautiful way they're shadowed on the pavement. Picks out the leaves beautifully!

This week we have visitors from Barcelona in school once more, and in their honour, I have chosen 5 of my favourite trees from my visit to see them in May.

This one I love due to the amazing bark.

i also thought it looked like the kind of tree I could sit in!

Another fragrant tree today, this time from my garden!

I love the delicate perfume as I walk past this tree on the way down the garden. And I really like the two coloured blossom - white and lilac -a nd the shiny smooth leaves.

I took this photograph to capture all the hard work that John has done over the last few days to 'severely prune' the hazel trees at the end of the garden.

And also to remind me of all the work I've done today to cut up and put all the lopped branches into bags to go to the council tip.

Hard work but it was a lovely day and i got a tan at the same time ;o)

A beautiful tree seen today from a new perspective. I normally run past this tree on one of the routes we run at SEFitness.

However, this time, I observed with a glass of wine in my hand from the veranda of the Boathouse Restaurant.

Much more civilised!

This tree is in next door's garden but it overhangs our path.

Annoys me at times but at the moment it smells wonderful so i won't moan!

Yes - I've been very remiss!

Since half way through my holiday in France at the start of June, there have been no trees appearing on Trees365. And I'm sorry! I've been taking the pictures but frankly haven't had time to do much except the vital things for life like eating sleeping and working -and of course spending time with my family.

July is my new start - so, to showcase all the pics I did take, here's a slideshow of June's trees!
