It has finally snowed more than an icing sugar dusting.
Still not much more than 1cm but it's snow and made the tree at the top of the road rather pretty!

Here's the tree at the top of our road, first seen in January (in fact it won Tree of the month!)
It's now looking rather autumnal. No walking past it this week as it's half term, but driven past several times, and pass it on my runs. It's where I actually start running after my warm up!

I'm getting very good at wandering along the street and taking photographs of random trees that catch my eye.

I like this tree on 'The Green' as the kids call it - the leaves are such an interesting colour!

I like the way that trees by the side of roads end up shaped a bit differently on the road side thanks to the cars brushing past!

Today was Isaac's last day at Primary school.
And here's his final picture, taken outside the school in front of one of our favourite trees.

This tree has fascinated me since we moved to this area. It seems to erupt from the pavement and has an amazing base. I'm always surprised it doesn't fall over!

Happy May Day!
Today's tree has featured previously on Trees365 - on 6th January to be precise! Last time it had no leaves and was covered in snow!
It's now a lovely russet red colour - so good to see some colour appearing on trees!

This tree has been fascinating me every time i've driven past it , and today i got around to stopping and taking a photograph!
I've never seen a mistletoe ball before - i thought it only grew on big thick oak trees but there's one on a quite delicate tree!
I know where I'll be visiting at Christmas!

As we set off up the road to school, I took this shot with my new camera, trying to catch the sky, the sun and the tree.

Another 'tree on the way to school' today.
This one always intrigues me. Some branches so straight, but then others that are very 'loopy'. Makes me wonder why!
Also reminds me of my brain - sometimes capable of keeping straight but often becoming rather loopy!

This tree is in the grounds of my kids' afterschool club. it must see some fun and games! A lovely shape and a striking colour - not sure the picture does it justice.

A beautiful tree in the playground of Maney Hill School.
It has lovely delicate branches and is the first thing we see that shows we're nearly at school. Like the hint of green in the branches.
